摘要
目的 了解患者及医护人员对男护士的认可程度及影响因素 ,为培养和使用男护士提供参考依据。方法 对瑞金医院门诊、住院患者及医护人员共 2 4 1例进行问卷调查 ,运用卡方检验、秩和检验等方法进行统计分析。结果 2 4 1例被调查者中 ,男护士知晓率为 70 12 % ;认为男护士是需要或非常需要的占 73 4 4% ;愿意接受男护士护理的占 6 8 88%。影响选择男护士工作的因素有 :传统观念、社会舆论、家庭压力、护士的社会地位、工作性质、薪酬及个人的兴趣爱好等。结论 护理工作需要男性的加入 ,只要社会和从业人员转变观念 。
Objective To study acceptance of man nursing by patient and medical workers, and it's influencing factors, so as to provide reference basis for the training and use of man nurses. Method 241 nurses and patients form Ruijin Hospital were surveyed by randomized cluster sampling. Results There were 70.12% investigated people who knew the existence of man nurse, 73.44% believed that man nurses were needed, 68.88% were willing to accept their nursing care. The main influencing factors to there work were: traditional concept, social public opinion, family pressure, social status of nurses, nature of the work, wages, and personal hobby. Conclusion Nursing work needs man nurses, so long as people change their concept. Training and increase some man nurses are feasible.
