城市广场空间是体现城市空间环境的重要节点,通过大量实例分析研究了城市广场在城市整体空间环境中的地位与作用,提出了城市广场与城市整体空间环境的关系,以及城市广场在城市整体空间环境中所扮演的角色。

Square-spaces in cities are principal points of the space-environment. In this paper,the status and action of city-squares in the integral space-environment of cities are analyzed through a great number of practical examples. The relations of the city-souare and integral space-environment of cities are stud-ied, and the roles of city-squares in the integral space-environment of cities are proposed.
