摘要
废石粉是石材加工过程中产生的废料 ,研究了废石粉部分取代砂用于水泥砂浆时 ,其掺量、温度、储存时间对预拌商品砂浆稠度、凝结时间、收缩性、抗压强度等性能的影响。试验表明 ,废石粉部分取代砂 ,可以改善砂浆的和易性 ,减少砂浆收缩 ,提高抗压强度并有利施工。
The waste stone dust is waste material caused during stone processing. When the waste stone dust is used for cement mortar instead of part of sand, its influence of added quantity, temperature, store duration on consistence, setting time, contractibility, compression strength of premixed commercial mortar have been studied. The tests show part of the waste stone dust instead of sand can improve workability of mortar, reduce mortar contraction and increase compression strength. It is of advantage for construction.
