摘要
针对施工层面碾压混凝土凝结过程对外力的阻抗存在明显的转折点,且转折点所对应的时间即为初凝时间这一特点,通过研究环境温度、相对湿度及风速对碾压混凝土初凝时间和相应贯入阻力的影响规律,建立了相互关系的数学模型,提出了使用初凝时间和贯入阻力快速判断施工层面碾压混凝土凝结状态的方法。经过现场检验,证明该判断方法可以快速准确判断施工层面碾压混凝土凝结状态,从而确保层面的粘结质量。
There exists an evident turning point in the duration curve of penetration resistance versus time in the setting process of roller compacted concrete(RCC) in layer construction, and it coincides with the initial setting time of concret. A mathematical model representing mutal relations is estabished through studying the influences of surrounding temperature, relative humidity and wind velocity on RCC initial setting time and its appropriate penetration resistance, and a quick judgement method on setting state of RCC in construction site is proposed. Application and inspection on three RCC projects using the suggested method are described and concluded that the method can grarantee the adherence quality between concrete layers.
