摘要
传统水电站水库优化调度是以发电量最大作为决策目标,但水力发电厂作为一个企业追求的是发电效益最大。由于峰谷电价差的存在,发电量最大并不意味着发电效益最大。本文针对这一问题,通过实际调度演算,提出在考虑峰谷电价差因素下,利用动态规划原理建立模型,寻求单一水电站水库的长期最优运行调度。
Conventional optimal operation of hydropower plant takes maximum power generation as decision objeetive, but as an enterprise, hy-dropower plant pursuits its maximum benefit. Due to difference of electricity rates between peak and valley points, maximum power generation does not mean maximum benefit. Aiming at this problem, the authors proposed a method to seek long-term optimal operation of reservoir with single hy-dropower plant using dynamic programming model considering difference of electricity rates between peak and valley points.
