从智能建筑的定义及其功能评价 ,论述了我国现有条件下智能建筑在实施中的注意事项 ,并且对智能建筑的安全性、物业管理等方面提出要求 ,展望了智能建筑的发展前景。

From the views of the definition of intelligent building and its function appraisal, the attentive matters that intelligent building should be paid under present conditions existing in our country are discussed. And aimed to some aspects such as the safety and real estate management of intelligent building, the papers also in detail gives some demands. Finally the development prospects of intelligent building are predicted .
