分析了我国目前能耗状况 ,从建筑物、供热管网与热源节能三个环节阐述了建筑能耗在总能耗中所占的比例以及建筑节能的意义 ,提出了降低能耗的目标及解决办法。

The present situation of energy consumption in our country is analyzed, and from three links buildings, heating pipe network and energy saving of heat-source the proportion of building energy conservation in whole energy consumption and the significance of building energy conservation are elaborated. At last some settlements and goals for reducing energy are proposed according to building energy conservation.
