四自由度磁浮轴承的控制系统研究 被引量:2

摘要 作为一种新型的高性能轴承 ,磁浮轴承有着广阔的应用前景但磁浮轴承的径向、轴向各自由度之间口耦合会造成不良影响。本文以多变量控制理论为基础 ,提出了四自由度磁浮轴承的解耦控制方法 ,并以电磁力作为控制变量 。
