根据经济发展规律和社会主义市场经济建设的要求,论证了国土资源资产化管理的必然趋势,并根据当前我国国土管理的实际情况,提出强化产权管理、实行新型国民经济核算,建立新型管理、产权流转规范等资产化管理的对策和设想。

According to the laws of social development and the requirements of social market economics construction,assets management of sand resources were expounded.Then,based on current management practice of land resources,the countermeasure and designs were advanced out,to intensify property right management and carry out new national economics account system,establish the new regulation of management and property right transition.
