摘要
教师心理素质研究是20世纪80年代以来迅速发展起来的教育研究新领域,正成为我国乃至国际教育研究中最突出的主题和最令人关注的焦点之一。加强对教师心理素质的构建与培养、全面、系统的研究,在世纪之初具有特殊的意义。经过近三年的努力,在若干理论分析与实证研究的基础上,“课题组”已初步完成了关于中学教师心理素质现状及影响因素的调查,并就教师心理素质的内涵、建构模式、培养机制及教师心理素质评估系统作了最初理论上的假设。本文试从上述几个方面展开总结与论述。
The research into the teachers' psychological quality has become a new and important field and a striking subject in the education circle of China and the international education research since 1980s. It is significant to strengthen the construction of the teachers' psychological quality and carry out comprehensive and systematic research into it at the beginning of the 21st century. After three years of hard work, on the basis of the analyses on some theories and positive research, our research group has completed the investigation of the current situation of middle school teachers' psychological quality and its influential factors, and made the initial theoretical hypothesis on the connotation, the construction mode, the training mechanism and the evaluation system of teachers' psychological quality. The thesis tries to discuss and make a summary of the proceeding aspects about this topic.
