The title of a scientific and technological paper serves as the primary information for retrieval. And it is usually the title of the original paper, a phrase highly generalizing the paper's subject and main idea. To take the effect that a small sign can indicate a great trend, some points concerning the translation of the title from Chinese into English are discussed in this paper for the translators' convenience of reference in the process of translation.
