信息社会对高校学报编辑能力赋予了新的含义。从创新能力、学术素养能力、上网交流能力、跟踪能力和连续报道能力五个方面给出了学报编辑能力的全新内容 ,同时重点阐述了编辑学术素养能力的培养措施 。

The ability of academic journal editors is a key factor to influece journals development in information society. The ability structure of editors are disucussed. It is pointed out that the inovation ability, academic research ability,the communication ability through internet, the following ability for sci tech development, the reporting ability for great program are the frame of the ability structure. How to develop those abilities is put forward.
