荔枝红色素的吸附分离方法研究

The Study of Adsorptive Separation Process of Litchi Haematochrome

研究了荔枝红色素的吸附分离方法。试验结果表明 :AB -8树脂对荔枝红色素的吸附效果最好。被吸附的荔枝红色素用 80 %乙醇洗脱 ,流速为 1.5BV/min。AB -8树脂非常稳定 ,使用 18次后 ,交换容量仅降低 2 .3 % 。

This paper makes a study of the adsorptive separation process of litchi haematochrome. The result shows that resin AB-8 produces optimum adsorptive effect on litchi haematochrome, that the litchi haematochrome absorbed is eluted by using 80% ethylalcohol at the flow rate of 1.5 BV/min, and that after used 18 times, resin AB-8 remains stable, with exchange capacity decreased by 2.3%, and there's little reduction in adsorptive capacity after regeneration.
