同股不同资是造成我国股票市场股权不平等的根源 ,也是导致国有股和法人股变现难以解决的症结所在。要实现股权平等就必须同股同资 ,其补救措施是将公众股拆细 ,使之与国有股、法人股在同一起点上并轨流通 。
