牵连犯是指以实施某一犯罪为目的 ,而其犯罪的方法行为或者结果行为又触犯其他罪名的情形。如何认定牵连犯数个独立的犯罪行为之间的牵连关系 ,对于牵连犯如何进行处罚存在不同的观点 ,本文就此问题作一探讨。

Implicated offender means one's action or his result of action are in accordance with the provisions of other crimes when he intends to commit particular crime.The article studies how to define the implicated relation among seperate crimes,how to punish these crimes.
