Along with the rapid development of the IT industry in China, the importance of management of IT integrated project has become visible. This article discusses the issues of risks of IT integrated project. It differentials the evaluation of risks into three levels: evaluation of risks from single factor, the comparative evaluation of risks from different factors, the integral evaluation of risks on the project, and it also discusses the decision-making about the risks on the base of analytical methods of levels. It has active effect to promoting the management and development of IT integrated projects in China.
