开放式基金是中国基金业发展的主流方向 ,作为一个金融创新品种 ,开放式基金必将对中国证券市场的健康发展起到越来越重要的作用。当前 ,开放式基金发行的“火爆”与其二级市场上的“波澜不惊”形成鲜明的反差 ,同时也为理论研究提供了一个很好的切入点。与封闭式基金相比 ,开放式基金有其优点 ,但也有其风险。本文从内、外两方面着重分析了开放式基金的风险 ,并给出相应的对策建议。

Open-end fund is the mainstream of development of China’s fund industry. As a financial innovation in China, open-end fund is bound to play more important role in the healthy development of China's security market. Presently, the number of open-end fund issued is growing quickly, which is in contrast to is “calm down” in the second market. The situation of open-end fund in China provides an excellent case for theoretical professionals. Compared with close-end fund, open-end fund has both advantages and risks. The paper elaborates on the risks of open-end fund from both internal and external aspects and then presents corresponding suggestions of countermeasures.
