摘要
用ρ=0.03g·mL-1的NaCl溶液处理红树植物秋茄,对其根系和叶片中的SOD、CAT及C4光合途径关键酶PEPCase的活性变化进行分析,结果发现:盐胁迫24h内根系中SOD、CAT酶的活性显著高于叶片,而根系MDA含量在盐处理过程中的变化甚微,或仅略有下降,故认为秋茄已形成一套有效的根系保护机制;盐胁迫下PEPCase活性逐渐升高,因而认为盐分有利于红树向C4植物的光合代谢途径转变.
The variance of SOD, CAT and PEPCase activities in leaf and root of Kandelia candel were analysed during 24 h after the treatment by ρ=0.03 g·mL-1 NaCl solution. The results showed that: 1. the activities of SOD and CAT in roots were obviously higher than in leaves, and the content of MDA in roots remained stable or only declined a little, which proved that Kandelia candel reinforced the protection to the roots, and had formed an effective protection mechanism; 2.the activity of the PEPCase increased due to the extending of salinity treatment time, thus it was thought that salt was benefit to the change of photosynthetic metabolism from C3 to C4.
