摘要
利用系统的室内实验方法对防止高压低渗透油藏储层伤害的潜在因素———粘土矿物的膨胀、破裂、分散、运移、堵塞喉道等采用的各种防膨稳定剂进行系统分析 ,研究中摒弃了传统的防膨稳定剂的评价方法 :离心法、膨胀仪法 ,而采用了X射线衍射仪对防膨稳定剂进行评价。通过对河 14 6断块岩心进行室内分析 ,筛选出了适合本地区的防膨稳定剂的配方。矿场应用到河 2 斜 4井注采试验井组 ,自 1998年 4月到目前日产能力在 82t ,采油速度 3 0 %以上稳产 3年 ,取得了明显的开发效果。
This paper presents that systematic lab evaluation has been carried out according to many kinds of antiswelling agents which prevent the high pressure and low permeability formation from damage by potential factors such as swelling, cracking, dispersing, migrating, throat plugging and so on. In the study, X ray diffraction equipment was used to evaluate antiswelling agents, instead of traditional method including centrifugal equipment, expansion engine. Antiswelling agent ingredient suiting to He146 area was screened out by lab core analysis, and field practice was carried out in He2 Xie4 experiment well group. Good result has been obtained, oil production of total group keeps at the level of 82 t/d for three years and production velocity reach over 3%. The successful study gives some guide to the development of similar reservoirs.
