摘要
针对煤矿井下常用锚杆的类型及其锚固结构状况,设计制作了相似物理模型;并自制了一种弹射式加速度检波器,以便在锚杆端头激发并接收高频应力波。试验表明利用高频应力波无损检测技术可以判定锚杆锚固长度,评价锚杆施工质量。现场快速普查与抽样拉拔检验相结合,即能找出一个矿区内同类锚杆的分析判别规律。实际应用进一步证明了该方法的经济适用性。
A similarity model is designed according to the type of bolts commonly used in coal mines and their grouted situation. To send out high frequency stress wave and meanwhile receive it on the top of bolt, an acceleration sensor with spring striking pin is invented. It is proved that the bolted length can be inspected accurately and the quality of a bolt can be evaluated by using the non-destructive inspection technique of high frequency stress wave. The rule to distinguish whether the quality of a kind of bolts is eligibility can also be found through express inspecting and drawing at random. It is confirmed by field tests that this method is economical and practical.
