摘要
基于所建立的开闭裂纹转子系统的非线性动力学模型 ,对裂纹转子在不同裂纹深度下的振动特性进行了研究 ,在同时考虑转轴在平行裂纹方向与垂直裂纹方向的刚度随裂纹深度的变化的情况下 ,用数值方法计算了开闭裂纹转子系统在不同裂纹深度时的频谱和幅频图。结果表明 ,随裂纹深度的加深 ,转子的振动特性出现了较大的变化 ,由于裂纹的存在使其显示出特殊的动力学特性 。
Based on the developed nonlinear dynamic model of a switching crack rotor,the characteristics of the rotor in different crack depth are studied through computer simulation.In this model the rigidity of axis in vertical and parallel directions to the crack are considered.The spectral response,running orbit and amplitude frequency response are given by computer simulation.The results show that the dynamic characteristics of the switching crack rotor are very different in different crack depth,and show special characteristics when the switching crack exist.
