摘要
新疆已建的 4 0 0多座引水渠首 ,绝大部分建在河流出山口的丘陵区 ,在平原区细沙河床上修建的引水枢纽较少。由于细沙河床段纵坡缓 ,河床抗冲能力低 ,水流边界条件复杂 ,修建拦河引水枢纽对原河道的冲淤特性影响较大 ,河道水流对边界条件的改变较为敏感。因此 ,对平原区多沙河流引水枢纽的研究意义重大。作者在分析新疆平原河流河床演变规律的基础上 ,提出了平原区引水枢纽设计要点及设计方法 。
More than 400 water diversion structures built in Xinjiang are located mostly in the mountain pass of the rivers, and partially in the fine\|silt riverbed in the plain areas.Owing to the gentle slope of the fine\|silt riverbed,the low ability of erosion resistance, and the complicated boundary conditions of the river flow,building water diversion works across rivers has great influences on the characteristics of erosion and sedimentation in the original river,and the river flow is comparatively sensitive to the change of boundary conditions.So,it is very important to make deep study on the water diversion structures in the sediment\|carrying rivers in the plain areas.By analyzing the fluvial process pattern of the rivers in the plain areas,this article proposes some main points and methods of the design for water diversion structures in the plain areas,with some discussions on the problems concerned.
