摘要
在简略概括分析黄河水沙基本特点及变化趋势的基础上 ,就黄河泥沙各项处理对策的提出背景、实践结果以及存在问题进行了较全面的回顾总结。黄河泥沙处理是个长期、复杂、艰巨的工作 ,只有综合规划、统筹考虑 ,在大力开展水土保持综合治理的同时 ,建立水沙调控体系并优化调度 ,合理处理利用水沙 ,才能充分发挥“拦、排、调、放、挖”
Based on the general analysis of characteristics and variation tendencies of water and sediment of the Yellow River,this paper reviews the background of various sediment treatment measures,the practice results and the problems existed.Treating sediment of the Yellow River is a long term,complex and extremely hard work.The comprehensive sediment treatment system of “retaining,discharging,regulating,desilting, and dredging” could be brought into full play only if the plan is unified with overall considering that comprehensive water and soil conservation works are performed on a big scale,water and sediment control and regulating systems are established,and water and sediment are utilized and treated reasonably.
