摘要 采用高能球磨的方法制备出纳米级超细锆粉 ,并将细化锆粉应用在吸气材料制备上。结果表明 ,经一定时间高能球磨后粉末粒度达到纳米级 ,粉末颗粒形状不规则 ,在球磨过程中有少量铁杂质带入。将球磨12h的锆粉应用在吸气材料制备上 ,发现能有效地提高材料的吸气速率和吸气容量 ,但粉末粒度过细反而使吸气性能下降。 Nanocrystalline Zr powder was prepared by different high energy ball milling procedures. The results show that after 12 h high energy ball milling, the grain size came to nanoscale, but some Fe impurity which were debris from the steel balls was brought into the powder. The nanocrystalline Zr powder was utilized for making a getter material, and the sorption capacity for hydrogen of the getter material was tested. The results show that 12 h ball milled Zr powder can effectively improve the inspiration property of the getter material, but if the grain size is too small, the inspiration property of the getter material will drop. This gives a brand-brand-new way to improve the property of the getter material.
