摘要
采用计算机数值模拟技术对双18护环几种新的控制成形锻造方案进行模拟,通过对应变场、应力场、温度场和设备载荷模拟结果分析,确定了解决双18护环锻造开裂难题的控制成形锻造方案。
A few of new forging process for control forming of 18Mn18CrN steel retaining ring have been simulated by computer numerical simulation technique. Based on analyzing the simulation results of strain field, stress field, temperature field and equipment loading, a forging process for control forming of 18Mn18CrN steel retaining ring has been determined. the difficult problem of forging cracking has been re-solved.
