本文对中国铝业中州分公司氧化铝工艺能耗情况进行了简要介绍 ,阐述了采用熟料窑自动控制、熟料窑密封改造、窑的三通道喷煤管技术、间接加热脱硅、常压脱硅、管式降膜蒸发器以及强化烧结法的新技术和新工艺 。

This paper introduced in brief on the condition of energy consumption of alumina prodaction in Zhongzhou Branch, and explained to apply automatic control of curing kiln, reconstruction of curing kiln sealing and 3 passage spray coal duster technology, indirected heating desiliconization, tube mould evaporation and strengthened sintering process etc new technology. Those new technology make the energy consumption decreased remarkably.
