摘要
确定了电缆铝箔生产中Fe、Si杂质含量和热处理工艺等参数对电缆铝箔力学性能的影响。试验表明 :Fe在 0 .32 %~0 .38%、Si在 0 .0 9%~ 0 .14 %范围内时 ,随着Fe含量增加电缆铝箔的强度和塑性同时提高 ;中间退火工艺能改善电缆铝箔的强度指标 ,提高伸长率 ,减少各向异性 ,获得用户满意的性能指标 ;选择合理的成品退火工艺是提高电缆铝箔力学性能的重要途径。
Effects of the contents of impurities of Fe,Si,etc.and parameters of heat treatment process on mechanical property of aluminum foil for electric cable are determined.With 0.32-0.38% of Fe and 0.09-0.14% of Si,the strength and plasticity of the foil are improved with the increase of Fe.Annealing-in-process can improve strength index,increase extensibility,decrease anisotropy of the foil and make the property saisfying the customers.Selection of proper product annealing process is an important way to improve mechanical property of the aluminum foil for electric cable.
