摘要
在介绍电火花线切割加工自动编程系统体系结构的基础上 ,对其各模块功能及相互之间的关系进行了详细的分析。通过对零件的特征造型及面向对象技术的应用 ,建立了自动编程系统零件的特征模型。实现了自动编程系统几何信息、工艺信息的智能化设计。通过OpenGL技术的应用实现了系统的三维加工过程仿真 ,最后提出了未来自动编程系统的发展方向。
The function and relation of each module are analyzed in detail on the basis of introducing the architecture of automatic programming system of WEDM in this paper. The model of APS is built by applying feature based model and object oriented paradigm. It realizes the intelligent design on geometry and machining information. 3D machining process simulation is finished by applying the OpenGL technology, ultimately brings forward the development in the future
