摘要
介绍了转炉镁钙碳大砖炉衬的特点及其相应的砌筑工艺,与普通的镁碳砖相比,使用镁钙碳大砖可以极大地减轻工人的劳动强度,缩短筑炉时间,保证炉役后期炉膛的规则性,有利于提高转炉炉龄,提高炉子作业率,降低生产成本。
Compared with ordinary magnesite-carbon brick, the using of magnesite-calcium-carbonbrick can greatly reduce the labouring strength, shorten the bricking time, ensure the hearth regularity of latter campaign, and is conducive to elongate the converter's campaign, and enhance the operation-rate and reduce the production cost, this paper introduces the characteristic and its relevant process of magnesite-calcium-carbon brick of converter lining.
