DIKFIX可吸收骨折内固定螺钉的临床观察

A clinical study on DIFIX absorbable internal fixation screws

目的观察DIKFIX(迪康)PDLLA可吸收骨折内固定螺钉在治疗松质骨骨折的可靠性。方法自2001年以来,采用DIKFIX可吸收螺钉治疗69例,其中内踝骨折42例,肱骨髁部骨折11例,胫骨平台骨折8例,尺骨鹰嘴骨折5例,外踝骨折3例。应用PDLLA可吸收螺钉进行内固定手术,术后对其伤口愈、骨折移位、骨折愈合及手术部位红肿与渗液情况进行观察。结果69例中,67例伤口一期愈合,2例开放性骨折二期愈合;68例术后未见再移位,1例术后3d不慎摔伤致骨折再移位;53例超过3个月随访,均如期骨性愈合;69例经1～6个月随访,无一例在手术部位出现红肿、渗液或瘘道形成。结论DIKFIX(迪康)PDLLA可吸收螺钉在骨折内固定治疗中疗效明显、可靠。

Objective To observe the reliability of DIKFIX PDLLA absorbable internal fixation screw in treatment of spongy bone fractures. Method The internal fixation with PDLLA absorbable screw was performed on 69 cases, of which 42 were medial malleolus fractures, 11 condyle of humerus fractures, 8 tibial plateau fractures, 5 ulnar olecranon fractures, and 3 lateral malleolus fractures. Observations were done on healing of wounds, displacement of fractures after operation, healing of fractures, and redness, swelling and seepage on the operation site. Results Of the 69 cases, 67 presented primary wound healing, 2 had secondary healing, no displacement was seen after operation in 68, 1 had redisplacement three days after the operation because of an accidental fall. The three month follow ups showed that 53 cases had expected osseous healing. The half a year follow ups showed that 63 cases presented no redness or swelling, seepage or bone fistula on the operation cite. Conclusion DIKFIX PDLLA absorbable screws are particularly effective and reliable in treatment of the fracture.
