染色体多态性与生殖异常的关系研究

The study on the relationship between chromosome polymorphism and reproduction abnormality.

本研究将染色体多态核型人群和正常核型人群分组 ,进行G显带染色体核型分析 ,以比较两组人群的生殖异常的发生率。结果显示染色体多态组的生殖异常率高达 83 8%,明显高于染色体正常组 (1 6 6 %) ,二者比较具有高度显著性差异。两组的自然流产和胚胎死亡的发生率、流产时胎龄的比较也具有高度显著性差异。表明染色体多态与生殖异常确实存在明显的关系 ,染色体多态可能导致生殖异常 ,这就明显否定了染色体多态对生物体无明显危害的传统观点。

The incidence rates of reproduction abnormality of chromosome polymorphism group and normal karyotype group have been compared by G-banded chromosome karyotype analysis.There were 83 8% people with reproduction abnormality in polymorphism group and 16 6% people with reproduction abnormality in normal karyotype group. There was significant difference between two groups. The comparisons of the rate of spontaneous abortion or the months of abortion embryo in two groups were significant difference too. The results showed there was relationship between chromosome polymorphism and reproduction abnormality. The chromosome polymorphism maybe resulted in reproduction abnormality. The conclusion has denied the traditional opinion that the chromosome polymorphism is no harmful to organism.
