摘要
本文针对美国最近发生的一起劳动就业歧视案件,对比我国劳动法相应的条例和处理程序,反思我国劳动法对就业歧视的范围界定和反就业歧视的不足,希望能够对相应的劳动关系的研究抛砖引玉。
