摘要
本文在考察达斡尔族传统饮食习惯的基础上,对其伙食习惯的产生、发展和传承作了较系统的探讨.进而剖析了饮食习惯在当代发展变化的根本原因。文章指出.当代达斡尔族饮食习惯的发展变化.预示着民族文化中代表民族特征的那部分文化因予的逐步消失.其实质即是达斡尔族传统文化与现代文化的一个历史交融过程,是民族现代化的必然产物。
This article inquires systematically into the produce. development and inheritance of the Daurs' dietarycustom on the basis of investigation into the traditiona1 dietary custom, and then it analysis on the basic rea-son of dietary customary development and changes in Modern times. The article indicate that the dietary cus-tomary development and changes of the modern Daurs means the progressive disappearance of that part ofcultural factors which having been represented the national feature in the national culture. In essence, It is notonly a historica1 b1ending course between the traditional culture and modern culture of the Daurs, but also acertain prodution of national moderniztion.
