摘要
高校工资制度改革对促进高等教育发展 ,加强师资队伍、职员队伍建设起着重要的作用。本文分析了我国高校三次工资制度改革的特点和存在的问题 ,结合高校实际 。
The university wage system reform plays an important role in promoting the development of higher education and improving the quality of faculty and staffs. This paper analyses the feature and the shortcomings of the three university wage system reforms,and advances some thoughts on these reforms based on the reality of the universities.
