摘要
“打天下”的员工是企业非常重要的资源,能否有效地激励他们对企业的生存和发展有着强烈的影响,当前许多企业经营者都不同程度地受到这一问题的困扰。本文首先分析了“打天下”员工的具体特点,然后从企业文化、薪资系统等角度提出了对待“打天下”的员工的一些思路,包括培训、非工作时间工资、福利待遇、股权激励等方面。
It is well known that the pioneering employees are very important for the organizations. Thus the incentive scheme of this group is definitely critical. Thousands of entrepreneurs are annoyed by this kind of problems. We analyze the specific characteristics of this group and then present some ideas (including the training, non- work- time compensation, welfare and the stock option incentive and so on) on the scheme.
