摘要
用失效评定图技术和Prefis软件 ,结合具体实例及实物试验 ,将API标准允许范围内的焊接缺陷进行分析 ,在分析计算中 ,将焊接缺陷假设为裂纹类缺陷 ,并对一些复杂情况进行了假设 ,研究其对螺旋缝埋弧焊管 (SSAW )使用性能的影响及其在水压试验后的扩展特性。结果表明 :不超标缺陷可使钢管的极限承载能力有所降低 ,在目前的韧性水平下这种钢管不会发生脆性断裂 ,且缺陷 (不超标 )在水压试验后不会扩展。
The weld flaw (accepted by API 5L) was analyzed using failure assessment diagram and MPC Prefis software. Some hypotheses were made when calculating, for example, the weld flaw was treated as crack like flaw. The effects of weld flaw on properties of SSAW (screw submerged arc welding) linepipe and its growth chara cteristic after hydrostatic test were studied. The results show that the weld flaw accepted by API 5L could decrease the limit load of the pipe; brittle fracture would not occur in the pipe at the present level of toughness; and the flaw would not grow after hydrostatic test.
