摘要
提出一种工艺过程优化设计方法。该方法通过同时考虑操作的选择和工序的排序等多重任务来并发地产生整个求解空间 ,从而实现整个工艺过程的全局动态优化。采用改进遗传算法搜索最优方案。改进遗传算法采用新的交叉和变异方法 ,使交叉和变异分工合作 ,交叉进行操作排序优化 ,变异进行操作选择 。
This paper presents an approach for process planning, which deals with process planning problem in a concurrent manner to generate an entire solution space by considering multiple planning tasks,including operation(machine, tool) selection and operation sequencing simultaneously. A genetic algorithm has been applied to find the optimal solution. Several criteria are proposed, and a new way of crossover and mutation is developed as well.
