黑鲷人工育苗和中间培育试验

On the Artificial Propagation and Juvenile Culture of Sparus macrocephalus

1998年 5月 2 5日至 8月 2 1日在日本福井县栽培渔业中心进行了黑鲷人工育苗和中间培育试验 .育苗密度为 16 2 0 0尾 /t,育苗成活率 (到 5 7日龄 )为 12 .9% .中间培育 (5 7～ 87日龄 )分两组 ,密度分别为 1342尾 /t和 6 0 0尾 /t ,成活率分别为 5 9.9%和 96 .3% .

A experiment on artificial propagation and juvenile culture of Sparus macrocephalus was carried out during May 25 and August 21, 1998 in Fukui Prefectural Seafarming Center, Japan. The stocking density for larval culture was 16 200 tails/t and the survival rate(until 57 day old) of larval culture was 12.9%. The stocking densities and survival rates of juvenile culture (from 57 day old to 87 day old) were 1,342 tails/t, 600 tails/t and 59.9%, 96.3% respectively.
