摘要
在研究国内外科学基金运行模式的基础上 ,分析浙江等地方科学基金的运行机制 ,依据科技发展的形势与要求 。
The operating mechanism of local science fund in Zhejiang province is analyzed against its national and abroad counterparts. Some innovative measures are presented to accommodate of the development of science and technology.
