双歧杆菌在胃肠道微生物区系中的作用及其粘膜附着机制 被引量:4

摘要 双歧杆菌是人和动物胃肠道微生物区系中的一种正常的厌氧菌 ,在机体肠道内发挥很重要的生理作用。关于双歧杆菌的作用机理及其粘膜附着机制等问题是目前研究的重点。本文综述了双歧杆菌的分离和鉴定、生物化学代谢特征、在肠道微生物区系中的作用以及附着粘膜上皮细胞的机制。 Bifidobacterium, which is one group of the normal anaerobic microorganisms in the gastrointestinal microflora of humen and domestic animals, has many important physiological functions in the gut of host. The mechanisms of its role and of adhesion to gastrointestinal mucus have received great concerns in the research field. Recent advance of isolation and identification, characterization of biochemical metabolism, the role in the gastrointestinal microflora of host as well as the mechanism of adhesion to gastrointestinal mucus of bifidobacteria was reviewed.
