The pilot production results show that it is available to produce 350 mm×470 mm concasting bloom of steel 35MnBM by controlling P+S≤0.040% and Al=0.020%～0.040%. The quality level of 65 mm～85 mm round bar of steel 35MnBM rolled from concasting bloom is equal to that from ingot.
