摘要
为适应光信息存储高密度、高容量、高速度和集成化的要求 ,提出一种新的单轴多盘光存储集成化方案 ,并设计了一种与之相适应的光盘定位与夹紧机构。该机构采用柔性铰链作为弹性元件 ,实现光盘的可靠定位与夹紧 ,具有结构紧凑、定位精度高、无间隙、无磨损、可靠性高等优点。理论分析和计算表明 ,能够满足光盘定位与夹紧的要求。采用该结构制作完成的原理样机 ,可在 5 0 0 0 r/min的转速下平稳运转 ,光盘定位可靠、运行平稳 ,基本满足光学头信息读写的要求。
In order to meet the optical storage system's need for higher density, higher capacity, higher communication speed and integration, a novel integration scheme is conceived. It has a key part called claw-type clamp. The clamp uses three flexible hinges as elastic parts to unfailingly clamp and positioning the disc without any clearance and abrasion. The theoretical analysis and computation show that the clamp meets the requirements of disc positioning and clamping. Working smoothly and evenly with 5000 r/min rotary speed, the experimental prototype can be used for optical storage.
