摘要 以 U型管气辅注塑件为例 ,进行了气辅成形过程中熔体吹穿的工艺实验和模拟研究。通过对 7种不同牌号的 PP和 PC树脂的气辅注塑模拟和实验分析 ,发现树脂材料的非牛顿指数、温度、熔体的预注射量和粘度 ,对熔体吹穿有明显的影响。提出了圆管壁熔体涂层厚度的计算公式和 This paper takes the U type tube of a Gas-assisted Molding plastics part for example, makes the experiments and the CAE simulation study on blowing the melt through in the Gas- assisted Molding process. It is found out that the non-Newtonian index,the temperature,the melt pre-filled amount and the melt viscosity have a clear effect on blowing the melt through with the aid of the experimental analysis and the Gas-assisted Molding simulation of the different 7 kinds brand of the PP and PC resin . It is proposed that the calculation formula of the skin polymer lays on the tube wall and the pre-filled melt amount.
