摘要
为避免大型旋转机组由于轴向力过大所引起的机器损坏 ,保证生产的自动化和连续化 ,研制了一套用于 TP— 41 1 3—P5— 1 .2型碳黑洗涤塔给水泵的轴向力在线监控装置 ,该装置包括测力弹性元件和轴向力智能监控仪表两部分。采用有限元法对弹性元件进行了优化设计并对弹性元件做了动态标定 ,采用 PC机和单片机两级控制系统进行轴向力在线监控。
An on-line measurment and control system which is applied to the water-supplying centrifugal pump(TP-4113-P5-1.2) is developed to reduce the machine damage due to the over axial forces,to ensure production automation and continuity. This system includes two parts: one is the force-measuring sensor ,the other is the on-line axial force monitoring device. We optimized the structure of elastic force-measuring element using the finite element method and calibrated the elastic element dynamically .The 89C51 single chip microcomputer system and IBM-PC were used to control the working process of the machine . This system is working very well in some big enterprises for a long time . On the end of the paper ,the authors simply introduce the device's further applications to other machinery.
