知识管理和知识管理系统是知识经济条件下的一个重要研究领域 ,工艺知识作为知识的一个重要组成部分对于制造企业来说起着决策性的作用 ,而工艺知识由于其复杂性和特殊性又具有一般知识管理系统所无法解决的问题。提出了面向产品全生命周期的工艺知识管理系统的框架模型 ,并开发出工艺知识管理系统的原型系统 。

Knowledge Management (KM) and Knowledge Management System (KMS) are as the signi ficant field in knowledge economy environment.As a major part of KM, process knowledge (PK) is indispensable on decision-making of mechanical enterprise. There are many unresolved problems in PK management for its complexity and specialty. A frame model of PK management system is proposed for full life-oriented of product and its prototype system is developed, which laid solid foundation for enterprise information and knowledge management.
