摘要 提出了基于模糊综合评判的机床选择分层决策方法 ,建立了初选和终选机床的评判模型 ,详细讨论了隶属度函数的确定方法 ,并以示例说明了决策方法的应用。所提方法有效地简化了决策过程 ,运用模糊映射的方法代替知识的规则表示 ,提高了知识表达的效率 ,该方法是 In this paper a fuzzy-comprehensive-evaluation-based multi-level decision method for machine tool selection is put forward, and the fuzzy synthesis models for primary and final selection of machine tools are established. The ascertaining methods of membership functions are discussed in detail. An example is used to illustrate the applications of the decision methods. The decision courses is effectively minished by a multi-level selecting method. The expression method of knowledge by rules is replaced by a fuzzy mapping method, and the expression efficiency is improved. In CAPP system the multi-level decision method for machine tool selection based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is a banausic method .
