零缺陷产品设计随机数学模型的研究

Research on the stochastic model of zero defect product design

基于随机概率理论,分析了零缺陷产品设计方法的原理,给出了零缺陷产品设计的基本定义,并建立了零缺陷产品设计的随机数学模型。实例证明,采用该方法可以使产品实现质优价廉,因此,对于新产品的开发与设计具有重要的现实意义。

Principle of designing method for zero defect product has been analyzed on the basis of stochastic probability theory.Basic definition of zero defect product design has been given out and stochastic mathematical model of that design has been established.Living example proves that by adopting that method could let the product achieve a good quality and a low price, therefore it possesses an important actual significance for the development and design of new products.
