摘要
系统地研究了 Ni基合金自动送粉激光熔覆工艺参数对粉末有效利用系数的影响规律。利用金相法检测了不同工艺条件下单道熔覆层的宏观参数 ,定量计算了单位质量熔覆材料的比能和实际输入的比能 ,根据这两个参数随工艺参数的变化规律 ,成功解释了在激光参数一定的条件下粉末有效利用系数随扫描速度的增大而增大 ,随送粉速率的增大而增大的变化规律。
The factors effected on the powder efficient utilization coefficient were studied carefully. By varying the power feeding rate and scanning speed under definite laser power P and beam spot dimensions, coatings with different thickness were obtained .The calculation of the specific energy input E r and the specific energy E h was carried out based on metallographical measurement. The explanations were given on the relationship between the processing parameters and the powder efficient utilization coefficient. With the increase of the powder feeding rate and the scanning speed, the powder efficient utilization coefficient become larger. In the meantime, a reasonable explanation on why a maximum is observed in the relationship between the scanning speed and the powder efficient utilization coefficient ε is presented.
