摘要 应用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱技术研究了激光强度对酸性多肽 (acidicpeptide,AP)解吸电离和稳定性的影响。实验结果表明了过强的激光强度会影响AP的稳定性 ,并引起部分AP分解成 3~ 8种新的多肽结构。优化最佳激光强度是准确分析多肽质谱结构信息的关键。 Effects of laser intensity on the desorption ionization and stability of acidic peptide (AP) were studied with matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry. The experimental results show that excessively strong laser intensity will affect the desorption ionization and stability of AP and will cause part of AP to decompose into 3~8 new peptide structures. So optimization of laser intensity is the key factor for accurately analysing mass spectrometric information of peptides.
