摘要
以弹塑性弯曲变形理论为依据 ,根据热卷箱二次弯曲的实际情况 ,从几何成形的角度建立了热卷箱二次弯曲的数学模型 ,并借助该模型提出了成形辊位置的确定方法 ;在成形辊确定的基础上 ,从工艺角度提出了托卷辊位置的确定原则。
Based on the theory of the elastoplastic distortion,according to the second-bending fact in coilbox,we constructed the mathematic models for the second-bending condition,concluded the method of positioning the forming roller based on the models.After that,we concluded the principles of positioning the supporting roller from the technical angle.The result can bring some referenced merits to the homemade design and manufacture of the coilbox machine.
